TOHRU TAKAHASHI was born in 1958 at Kyoto and
finished the master course of OSAKA COLLEGE OF MUSIC in 1982. He is
an associate professor of OSAKA COLLEGE OF MUSIC now. He studied
composition under Kei Kondo, orchestration under Hiroshi Ohguri,
conducting under Hiroshi Koizumi and Kiyoyuki Tsujii.
He is a far-sighted conductor: opera, orchestra, string orchestra,
concert band, mandolin orchestra, chorus, Japanese music...
